CASA is the only volunteer organization that empowers everyday citizens as officers of the court. Being a CASA volunteer does not require any special education or background. We are simply looking for people who care about children and have common sense. As a volunteer, you will be thoroughly trained and well supported by professional staff to help you through each case.

Requirements to become a CASA include:

  • Being 21 years of age or older
  • Giving a year commitment
  • Passing a background check
  • Willing to donate 10 hours of service per month
  • Complete a 32 hour pre-service training course
